Timea Banyacskiova in an HR enthusiast with a diverse and accomplished background in Human Resources. As the Head of Human Resources at The Eatery Group GmbH she successfully demonstrated her expertise in developing, implementing and optimizing strategic and operational HR processes. She played a pivotal role in setting up an HR department for a company with 1000 employees, devising new processes and digitization of HR initiatives for prominent brands like Burger King, Rosenberger or Coffeeshop Company. In her previous position at TTTech Auto AG, a software company specializing in software-defined vehicles, she managed international recruiting matters.
